HOW OUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED

On any given day, we have 25 - 75 jobs in queue.  We process our orders in order that they were received and by due date.   Every morning, we schedule our machines for orders that day.  Each day our machines are scheduled out with orders.  This is why we cannot normally complete order same day or while you wait.  Once our orders have completed in the machines, they go to their finishing stage.  Once complete, they go to their invoicing and notification stage.  The process from receiving your order to notification can take 1-2 business days on most orders.  

Complex orders or larger orders that need materials ordered in can take longer.  Normally, acrylic awards need to be ordered in and take about a week to complete.  If you have a larger order, it is a good idea to place your order 3 weeks ahead of the day you want to pick it up.

PAYMENT POLICY

All orders must be paid for before picking them up.  When you provide an email, we notify you when the order is ready, send you a copy of the invoice, and also provide a payment link to pay online.  You can also pay when you pick up your items, or call in and pay over the phone.  When you pay over the phone, we can text or e-mail a receipt.

PRE-APPROVED INVOICED CUSTOMERS

If you are a pre-approved invoiced customers. Invoices are due 30 days from receipt. If invoices are not paid within 30 days, an automatic $20 late payment fee will be assessed as well as an ongoing late payment fee of 1.5% (18% annually) of the grand total including taxes of the unpaid invoice(s). Customers with outstanding invoices over 30 days will not be able to place new orders until their account is current.

ARTWORK

Any artwork submitted must be in a digital format.   All orders include simple design, meaning we can add text and the layout of your artwork.  If any graphic design time is required or reqeusted to manipulate artwork, you will be charged for graphic design time.  We charge $60 per hour and will bill in 15 minute increments.

PROOFS

We will provide proofs upon request.  Your order does include up to 5 proofs.  In other proofs needed after that point will incure graphic design fees.  We charge $60 per hour and will bill in 15 minute increments.  Once a proof is approved, and the order is complete, any errors for the order will incur charges to fix.  

We cannot produce proofs for rotary/diamond cutting orders!
